We also recommend that you check with your software provider (ie Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Windows), as many offer free printable borders for download. If you are unable to locate a suitable border by searching for “free printable borders” you may want to consider purchasing an inexpensive program for your printing needs. Many office supply and computer stores, Walmart, Sams Club and Meyer offer software specifically for borders, fonts and clipart for as little as $9.00. At times, these programs can be found on clearance racks for as little as $3.00 each. Although free printable borders may be the way to go, as free is always good, a cheap program will allow you more choices and flexiblity when designing your project.
